Course Description:

This update course will provide the Technician with the theory, operation, and diagnostic processes of modern-day diesel vehicles. New technologies being used to lower emissions through a new generation of aftertreatment emission control systems are discussed in depth. Basic diesel fundamentals such as diesel engine operation, compression fuel ignition, air intake systems and turbocharging are also covered, as well as diesel aftertreatment OBD II monitors
